Community College in Coffeyville, Kan. where he led the team to a 33-5
record in the 2006-07 season and an appearance in the National Junior
College Championship last March where Coffeyville finished third ...
Scored 14 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in the Region-6 championship
game against Barton County ... He average 9.9 points per game and hauled
in 6.0 rebounds per game last season ... Sanders played his prep
basketball at Chanute HS in Chanute, Kan. Isacc Miles

Transfers to Murray State after an outstanding freshman season at
Creighton ... Will sit out the 2007-08 season under NCAA transfer
guidelines ... In his first season at Creighton in 2006-07 he averaged
6.1 points per game along with 2.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists and was
selected as a member of the Missouri Valley Conference’s All-Freshman
team ... Was a four-year starter at Bishop Miege HS and earned All-Metro
recognition from the Kansas City Star as a junior and senior and was a
three-time all-state selection in Kansas ... Won the DiRenna Award as
Kansas City’s best player ... Left as the school’s all-time leading
scorer ... Averaged 24 points, nine rebounds, nine assists and four
steals as a senior ... Had a high scoring game of 40 points and a high
assist game of 15 ... Played in the Kansas vs. Missouri All-Star Game.
